Meet the Doctor
Reginald D. Booker, DDS

Our patients put a great deal of trust in the quality of care we provide, and in turn, it is my responsibility to exceed their expectations in every way. This started with my dental education at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and continues today with courses and seminars on the newest treatments and techniques in dentistry. Continuing my education allows me to provide my patients with more effective treatment options and procedures.

I am grateful to work in the field of dentistry, and I absolutely love helping people achieve optimal oral health. I gain great satisfaction from treating patients and being a positive factor in their lives. My desire to help people obtain the smiles and health they want drives me to become a better healthcare provider, and I make certain to give them the care they deserve.

Testimonials
What Our Patients Are Saying
  • Have not been to the dentist in many years (my fault). Had an issue with a tooth, called the office and got in the next day. All the staff there were great and Dr. Booker, put my mind at ease, explained in detail what needed to be done and why. If you are looking for a family dentist, look no further. Great place to deal with! - Brian

  • Dr. Booker and all his staff are very professional and friendly. I needed work done while pregnant and afterwards. They all took great care and Dr. Booker took the time to explain what he was doing and put me at ease. Also, if you have difficulty getting numb as I do, he is super patient and great at figuring out how to still get the work done and keep you comfortable. Highly recommend. - Michelle

  • Dr Booker is a great dentist and his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The flexible hours for appointments work great with my job. - Dustin

Financial Info

Dental care is important for you and your family, and you should not let cost considerations get in the way of the dental care you need. The cost of common dental procedures varies depending on a number of factors – including the extent of the problem, the nature of the work that must be done and where you have the services performed.

We do not want any of our patients to put off the dental care they need due to concerns about cost. Our administrative team is trained to understand and address financial considerations, and can help you design a payment plan that will be affordable for you and your family.

We are proud to offer a number of payment options to make dental care more affordable to our patients. We never want anyone to forgo dental care or put off needed work because they worry they will not be able to afford it. Our administrative team are experts in financing, and they can help you understand and maximize your insurance coverage.

We Offer Affordable Payment Plans

We want you to maintain a healthy white smile for the rest of your life, and we are willing to help you do so. Our goal is to help every patient get the smile they want, no matter what their financial circumstances.

We accept most dental insurance plans, and our team can help you maximize the benefits you have available. From scheduling appointments to meet the specifications of your insurance policy to making co-payments more affordable, our team is willing to work with you to make dental care more affordable.

Our dental practice also accepts most major credit cards, so you can pay for the cost of your appointments and procedures over time. In addition to credit card payments, we work with Care Credit to provide third-party financing options for our patients. These payment options are designed to make dental care more affordable for yourself and your family.

Please let us know if you plan to take advantage of our in-office financing. You will need to meet certain financial criteria to use this payment option, but our team can walk you through the process. Find out how to:

  • Start your dental treatments right away instead of putting it off
  • Make easy and affordable monthly payments
  • Finance your treatment up to 100% of the total cost
  • Choose from a wide range of financing and payment options
  • Get the dental treatment you need with no up-front cost to you
  • Pay no annual fee for financing your dental care

We know that dental insurance plans can be very confusing.  As a courtesy to you the administrative team will contact your insurance carrier to obtain a complete benefits breakdown of your coverage and will help you to understand how your benefits work for you.

We are proud to be contracted with the following PPO insurance contracts:

Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BCBS, Cigna, Connection, Delta Dental, Guardian, GEHA, Humana, Metilfe, and United Healthcare.

Insurance

If you have been putting off the dental work you need because you do not have insurance coverage, it is time to rethink your priorities and focus on your smile. Neglecting your dental hygiene can have serious repercussions, not only for your appearance but for your physical health as well. Many dental problems can trigger real physical illnesses, but timely treatment could prevent those complications and help you regain your bright white smile.

The Value of Insurance and How it Works

You do not have to live without dental insurance one day longer. There are a number of excellent dental insurance policies on the market to help you pay for the cost of treatment.

When you take out dental insurance, the insurance company will pay either a percentage of the cost of treatment or a set amount. It is important to talk to your insurance company about which procedures are covered and to work with your dentist to maximize the value of your coverage. Your insurance company and your dentist can work together as a team to get you the treatment you need at a cost you can afford.

Set the Right Priorities

In life we need to set our priorities and focus on what is really important. When it comes to dental care, that means prioritizing your dental needs over your insurance coverage. Putting off the medical care you need due to lack of insurance is short-sighted at best and dangerous at worst. Even if you do not have dental insurance, there are ways to get the dental treatment you need.

If you do have dental insurance, you want to make the most of that coverage, but not at the expense of your oral hygiene or physical health. It is important to contact your insurance company and make sure you understand the coverage you have, but it is just as important to work with your dentist to develop an affordable treatment plan going forward. Simply put, you need to place the priority where it belongs – on the dental treatment you need – and not let your insurance coverage dictate how you treat your smile.

Invest in Your Smile

Think of your smile as an investment, one that can pay off in many different ways. When you have a great smile, you are more outgoing, and that outgoing nature could be good for your life and your career. Far from being an unnecessary expense, quality dental care can be a great investment, and a wonderful way to improve your life as well as your smile.

If you have been putting off the dental care you need because you lack insurance, it is time to rethink your priorities and look for creative solutions to your dilemma. Dental insurance is widely available, surprisingly affordable and very comprehensive. Just call your agent today to talk about your treatment needs and how the right coverage can help you get the smile you have always wanted.
