How long should I keep my toothbrush?
Your toothbrush wears out more quickly than you might think. Even if your toothbrush still looks good, it may no longer clean your teeth the way it should. You should replace your toothbrush every three months, so you might want to keep a reminder in your bathroom.
Picking The Right Toothbrush
Making sure you have the right toothbrush is essential to your oral health. You want to choose one that doesn't have too hard of bristles as to not injure your gums. When brushing your teeth you want to gently clean your teeth and gums as opposed to brushing too hard. If you have any further questions please call our office. A member of our wonderful staff would be happy to recommend a toothbrush for you.
